GO! only engages fully insured subcontractors who are registered in our in-house safety compliance system. Certificates of Currency, Police Clearances and OHSE credentials available upon request.

RATES & BILLING

We work in 2x man teams. Normal labour rates $130/hr (2x men) plus 1hr callout.  After hours rates add 50%. All rates +GST. Generally:

• Minor works (under $2000) are unquoted and billed cost-plus, i.e. materials + labour. Verbal estimates are often issued.
• Works exceeding $2000 are quoted. Multi-faceted works are formally quoted, including a prelim report, and itemised scope detailing inclusions & exclusions.
• Works over $50,000 are formally quoted as per an itemised Works Schedule. Progress payments may be required.
